Halo pottery offers verity of one time workshops. The workshops are private for your party and you, if it’s a team building event , date night, friends getting together or a family workshop. The workshop is instructed by the professionals potter Hila the owner who has 20 years experience in pottery. Here are the different options for the workshop.
Hand building workshop-
During the hand building Hila will teach you how to build a medium to large pot with a very professional and unique way she developed over the years( fits for groups of up to 30 participants).
Wheel throwing workshop-
The work shop starts with a demo to show you how a pot is born on the wheel from the first stage of it being a chunk of clay to wedging it and to form it on the wheel to a pot. Each participant will make 2- 3 pieces on the wheel( fits for groups of up to 7 participants).
Combo workshop- hand building and wheel throwing.This workshop is the best way to experience pottery. Halo pottery is the first studio to ever offer a combo class that allows you to learn and to make two different pots with two different techniques, hand building and wheel throwing both made professionally and with the unique way Hila developed over the years( for up to 30 participants).
After the workshop, the pots will stay at the studio, I will dry them, fire them, glaze them with the colour your group choose and fire the the second time. Once you pick them the pieces are ready and safe to use at home.
